The Making of “What Is Causa?”
A short about two immigrant artists trying to fund their first film sell Peruvian causa to make ends meet, but when a customer asks what it is, a simple explanation turns into a wildly exaggerated musical about food, culture, and their dream of making a film.

Tested the puppet on a plastic potato, not successful.
Steps to make these puppets: Make the wire base skeleton, ass aluminum foil to give it body, wrap it in foam athletic wrap and finalize it with liquid latex.
